The second thing I tell people is this: pick something with real demand. Not something you invented. Not something you have to convince people they need. Something the market is already asking for. That is how I found my way into the research supply space. I did not create the demand. I just learned how to serve it legally, compliantly, and professionally.

And the third thing — the one most people skip — is build it right from the beginning. Get the legal structure in place. Understand your compliance requirements. Put the right agreements between you and your buyers. Because a business that cuts corners in the beginning does not stay standing. And you are not building this to watch it fall apart.
